About

Her Motion has a clear mission: to make women feel empowered and confident in their skin. Nothing drives me as much as knowing you’ll leave the class with a different feeling than you’ve entered. For me, dancing is about embodying all the different parts that make us who we are. That’s why i make sure you experience this safe space on every level.
