Hulaya offers three plans for organizers:
Free — Reservation only. Dancers reserve a spot and you collect payment yourself (cash, Twint, bank transfer). Includes unlimited listings and participant lists.
Pro (CHF 0/month) — Everything in Free plus online payments via Stripe, QR check-in, promo codes, analytics, and CSV export. You pay a small per-transaction fee only when you sell.
Premium (CHF 39/month) — Everything in Pro with the lowest transaction fees, promo video uploads, featured listings, and priority support.
Category
It depends on the event. Some organizers use Direct Payment (Pro/Premium plans) — you pay online at checkout via Stripe. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported.
Other organizers use Reservation mode (Free plan) — you reserve a spot and the organizer contacts you to arrange payment (cash, Twint, bank transfer). Once they confirm payment, you receive your ticket. Learn more →
Refunds are handled according to the cancellation policy set by each organizer. The refund policy is always shown before you book.
For online payments, you can request a refund through your dashboard. The organizer reviews and approves the request. Hulaya processes the refund securely via Stripe.
For reservations, contact the organizer directly through the built-in messaging system.
For events with online payment, a small service fee is added at checkout to cover payment processing. For CHF listings it's 3.25% + CHF 0.30, for EUR listings it's 5.5% + EUR 0.30.
For reservation-only events there is no service fee — payment is handled directly between you and the organizer.

Direct Payment(Pro & Premium plans): Dancers pay immediately at checkout via Stripe. You receive the payout automatically after the event. Requires a connected Stripe account.
When a dancer pays online, the payment is processed securely via Stripe. After your event takes place, Stripe sends the earnings directly to your connected bank account.
Hulaya never stores your bank details. All fees are shown transparently in your Sales dashboard — you only see your net earnings in the Revenue overview.
Yes. You can create ticket variants within a single listing — for example Solo, Couple, Full Pass — each with its own price, description, dates, and spot limit.
You can also add multiple sessions for camps and festivals with individual schedules and capacities.
Yes (Pro & Premium plans). Create percentage or fixed-amount discount codes with optional usage limits and expiry dates. Track how many times each code has been redeemed in your dashboard.
You control your own refund policy. Go to your Salesdashboard, find the order, and click "Request Refund." Hulaya processes the refund securely through Stripe — no manual bank transfers needed.
Refunds are only processed upon your request. Hulaya never issues automatic refunds without organizer action.
Fees depend on your plan and are tiered by ticket price. The Free plan has no transaction fees (you collect payment yourself). Here are the fees for paid plans:

Ambassadors receive a fixed cash reward for every studio or organizer that successfully joins Hulaya through their personal referral link or code.
This is a clear, predefined amount per successful referral — not a percentage and not commission-based.
