Hulaya keeps pricing simple. Dancers pay a small booking service fee and organizers choose a plan with different transaction rates.
This fee only applies to Pro and Premium plans with online payments. On the Free plan (reservation mode), there are no fees at all — neither for dancers nor organizers. Non-CHF listings have a higher rate due to international processing fees. Organizer payouts are settled in the currency of your connected Stripe bank account.

For ambassadors and high volume partners
The service fee is added at checkout and covers payment processing costs. For CHF listings it's 3.25% + 0.30 CHF. For other currencies it's 5.5% + a small fixed fee (varies by currency) to cover international processing. Organizers never pay this — it's charged to the dancer on top of the ticket price.
Non-CHF payments incur higher Stripe processing rates because our platform account is based in Switzerland. We pass these costs transparently to keep pricing fair for everyone.
We support 13 currencies: CHF, EUR, GBP, PLN, CZK, SEK, DKK, NOK, HUF, RON, BGN, HRK, and USD. Organizers choose their default currency in Settings — pick the one that matches your bank account to avoid Stripe currency conversion fees on payouts.
Payouts are settled in the currency of your Stripe account, which should match your bank account currency. Set your default currency in Organizer Settings to match your bank for zero conversion fees.
You can create unlimited listings and collect reservations. Dancers reserve a spot and you confirm payment manually (cash, Twint, bank transfer). Once you mark it as paid, the dancer gets their ticket.
Both offer online payments, QR check-in, promo codes, and revenue analytics. Premium has significantly lower transaction fees, promo video uploads for listings, and costs 39/month — ideal if you run many events or sell higher-priced tickets.
Yes. You can switch plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of the billing period.
Payouts are processed after your event takes place. The money goes directly to your connected bank account via Stripe.
