On the Free plan, dancers reserve spots and you collect payment directly. No Stripe needed, no platform fees. Here's the full flow.
Set up your workshop, camp, or event with all the details — title, date, location, dance style, price, and number of spots. Publish it and your listing is live on Hulaya.
When a dancer finds your listing, they click "Reserve Spot". This creates a provisional reservation — the spot is held for them, but the booking is not yet confirmed.
Go to your Sales page and click "Contact" next to the reservation. Send the dancer your payment details — bank transfer, Twint, PayPal, cash, or however you prefer to get paid.
The dancer sends the payment directly to you using the method you provided. This happens outside of Hulaya — you handle the payment yourself.
Once you've received the payment, go to your Sales page and click "Mark as Paid". This confirms the reservation and activates the dancer's ticket.
On event day, go to your Participants page and click "Check in" next to each name as they arrive. Simple, no extra tools needed.
See all your participants, revenue, and booking status in your dashboard. Export participant lists as CSV for your records.
